For those of you that are eagerly awaiting the release of the new 9800 Slider, Engadget has put up some new pics. Once again we see that it has a AT&T splash screen as well as we can now see some more of the specs on display. One thing that caught my eye is the 3.6GB of on board free memory for media storage, and of course there is also all that free app storage as the Slider will also come with the 512mb of memory that we are now seeing on all new devices.
While we still have no solid release date on this new device, RIM is obviously getting closer to making it official. The only thing I can see that is missing on this one is that there is no “branding” on the back, but as we know RIM may still be debating as to whether or not this will be called a Bold or a Torch.
