If you are using a version of leaked BB OS software lower than the versions listed below, then the latest BBM will not work and you will be required to update your BlackBerry device software to a version that is supported.

Failure to have the minimum version of BlackBerry Device Software, as outlined above, will result in the BlackBerry Messenger icon disappearing from the BlackBerry Home screen.
