Ok so it looks like RIM has now released a new Beta testing version of BBM. I seemed to have missed and just now caught word of it. I logged into my Beta Zone account and there it was. So if your not a part of The Blackberry Beta Zone or you missed it like me go and get it. RIM just put up BlackBerry Messenger version 5.0.1.39 for download under the “Consumer” category for public testing. If you upgraded to the released version of BBM chances are you didn’t get an update notification from the Beta Zone. This will hopefully fix my issue with not being able to highlight within a chat (On a Storm2).
I am currently at school and downloading this new version will give feedback on what looks and feels different.
So if you already have installed it and want to share your thoughts please do so either in the comments or the NerdBerry Forum.
