Blackberry Torch dummy phones show up at Rogers

With all or the OS delays on the 9800 in Canada, It appers Rogers is set to roll out the Blackberry Torch 9800 on Friday,  September 24th. It is being reported that the dummies are showing up in the GTA area. The BlackBerry Torch 9800 is set to launch at $199.99 on a 3-year contract.
