So it seems that Verizon may be getting closer to officially launching Blackberry 6 on the Bold 9650 and the Curve 3G. Some Verizon customer today noticed that they were prompted to update through their ‘email setup application’. Now all of the users that seemed to get this prompt were running the leaked 9650 OS 6.0.0.280, but it does mean that Verizon is very close to an official launch (we hope!). This prompt only seemed to occur when the users were trying to add a new BIS email account.
