Foursquare For Blackberry Updated again this time to v1.9.9

Foursquare has been updated a couple of times this week the newest update is to v1.9.9. We have seen a ton of small app updates over the last couple of days amd we are wondering is it because BBOS 6 is comming fast and furious? Changelog:

This version includes improvements to battery life as well connection logic for PUSH connectivity.

Wow, quick update…just a few days after the 1.9.8 update. I wonder…what will they do in a 2.0 update? What I would really like to see if them blocking out the ability to “cheat” and check in where other people are regardless of if you’re there or not. I see way too many ppl getting badges (especially swarm and super swarm) by checking in to some concert or sporting event when they’re not there.
