Plan on Moving in the Near Future? There’s an App for that!!!

If you are anything like me when it comes to moving you want to check the place you are thinking about moving into before you put a deposit down or start lugging boxes. Well, insert catchy Apple slogan here, and it is available inside the App World for free download.

Rent.com is the developer of this particular application, with the strong user base that has followed them since jump street when Rent started listing on Ebay. The application allows you to search all of the property listings that are available on their website at the touch of a button on your Blackberry.

The Rent.com Application allows you to do the following:

Call potential properties with the touch of a button as well as send a personalized email.
View details of the property such as photos, Floor Plans, Maps and more.
Allows for personal touches, such as Notes of the favorite locations and pictures to jog your memory when you are making your decision.
They have also included an option to claim your $100 Visa reward card directly from the device by filling out the lease report form.

This comes in very handy for a lot of us considering the search for a place to live has come a long way from circling ideas in a newspaper while sitting on the couch.
