Kayak, The flight and hotel search app has been updated to v2.0. It’s new and shiny and has a whole lot to offer.
First off, with everyone getting their fix of OS6 it’s a good thing that this new version is OS6 compatible. Kayak compiles all of flight and hotel listings into a centralized app that makes it easy for you to play the trip from the palm of your hand. Some of the feature are:
- Flight Search
- Hotel Search
- Car Search
- Flight status tracking
- Airline phone directory
- Itinerary management
Now, this seems like a lot of different things that are loaded into this app with out the backing to get where you need to. Guess what, each search function has google maps embedded inside of it so you will never have a problem getting to your destination whether its a rental car shop, hotel in the boonies, or that airport you can find. Its all there at your finger tips.
