Leaked: BlackBerry Messenger 6.0 features launching officially soon!?!

We have seen and heard a lot of new and great things coming from RIM, but this for me takes the cake! With BBM is one of the main reasons I have stuck by BlackBerry all these years as everyone around me passed by with new devices (not refresh devices) and awesome apps (Angry Birds). BBM for me is like having a great friend by your side 24/7 lol addicted yes! Well enough said about me let’s get started. We have gotten our hands on some leaked specs on the new BlackBerry Messenger 6 and let me say this SWEET!!
Some of the features of BBM 6 so far include:

The ability to play games and use your BBM user name as your gamer name
Cross chats between users over BBM (and it looks like you and the other parties playing don’t have to be on each other friends list)
Also, when we complete tasks on these new games our status will change to show what task we completed (sounds like its similar to the “show what I am listening to tab” and will probably have an option to share with your BBM contacts or hide it from your contacts)
It also seems like on BBM6, BBM groups will be able to handle more members
The new BBM6 will be supported on all devices running OS 5+ (at least for now)
Looks like a mobile game developer company by the name of “Gamemachi” is working on game(s) for this new BBM6 platform. I wonder who else will be joining them?

This is huge news for RIM and us as we await BBOS 6.1 and all of its new features. I would think we will hear more on BBM 6 at BlackBerry World in Orlando Flordia this May. It would be great to see BBM 6 leaked or in the BlackBerry Beta Zone. Don’t you think so?
