We first told you that RIM was working on a ‘BlackBerry Media Box’ similar to Apple TV? Well today we have some great news for you! We have confirmed with one of our source’s RIM is working on just that a media hub. The media hub’s codename is BlackBerry Cyclone! The BlackBerry Cyclone will include the following functions and features:

• Of course it will connect to your TV via HDMI
• WiFI enabled
• Netflix

• YouTube
• Access to media devices on the WiFI network
• More to come!

BlackBerry Cyclone looks like a larger version of BlackBerry Presenter. We are hearing the release of the BlackBerry Cyclone will be later this fall. We are waiting for more info to come in at this time. This is going to be a great product for streaming media! What do you think about the BlackBerry Cyclone?
