I have been trying to get my hands on some good, solid info regarding the T-Mobile BlackBerry Bold 9900! Today we now have some solid info!!! As you can see from the images above and below the BlackBerry Bold 9900 has shown itself in T-Mobile’s internal system as “coming soon!” As of right now it appears we are on track for the August 31st launch date (still not confirmed).
On the below image there is some very interesting info:
- No Wi-Fi calling, UMA or Wi-Fi Hotspot (not really a big fan of UMA anyway)
- No info on the NFC capabilities of the device (Check out our post on T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless Reportedly Blocking NFC from BlackBerry Bold 9900/9930)
On the Wi-Fi calling, UMA or Wi-Fi Hotspot we saw in a leaked document from Rogers that stated that the UMA feature will “not be available at launch” and would come to the device in a OS update. The launch date needs to hurry up and get here ASAP! Are you going to pick up the T-Mobile BlackBerry Bold 9900?
