We have seen numerous rumors circulating that BlackBerry Messenger was headed to iOS and Android, but nothing concrete until now. TechRadar has stated that the photos were from a RIM employee that stated BBM for Android is in its final testing phases and could launch as early as 2012.

We still have not seen or head much on the front of BBM heading to iOS, but we feel that if in fact BBM is released for Android iOS will not be too far behind. This is great news for all of you BBM lovers that switched to Android. Please feel free to share your thoughts on BBM heading to an Android device near you!
