According to some sources of the gang over at N4BB, RIM is already working on a refresh to the newly released Bold 9900. Now it may or may not come as a surprise to you that this may be happening. There really isn’t any information as to what will be included in the refresh, but one could hope that an auto-focus camera may be art of the refresh.
The only information that N4BB’s source has said is that the refresh includes internal parts only and the form factor and styling of the device would not change. It is defintely interesting to think that RIM may already be working on a replacement for their new BB7 device that has garnered them some positive reviews from the tech community. As with all these types of rumors only time will tell whether or not we see a 9900 refresh.
