My Vodafone application is now available for Vodafone UK customers. The My Vodafone application helps users with the following:
- See how much inclusive allowance you’ve used if you’re a pay monthly customer
- See how much credit you have remaining if you’re a pay as you go customer
- See your price plan information
- Get answers to the most frequently asked questions
- Locate BT Openzone Wi-Fi hotspots
- See how many megabytes or messages you’ve used in the current period
Please note: Account information is not available for business customers.
We’re constantly updating and improving the My Vodafone app, but please keep in mind the following:
- Account information isn’t currently available for business customers
- Allowance usage for pay monthly customers is not in real time
- If you’re a new customer or have recently upgraded, your account information won’t be available until after your first bill
- It’s free to use My Vodafone in the UK, except for when using the Wi-Fi hotspot map
- Roaming charges apply when using My Vodafone abroad
- You need at least Blackberry Device Software version 4.0 or higher to run the My Vodafone app
