My Vodafone App for Vodafone UK Users Now Available

My Vodafone application is now available for Vodafone UK customers. The My Vodafone application helps users with the following:

  • See how much inclusive allowance you’ve used if you’re a pay monthly customer
  • See how much credit you have remaining if you’re a pay as you go customer
  • See your price plan information
  • Get answers to the most frequently asked questions
  • Locate BT Openzone Wi-Fi hotspots
  • See how many megabytes or messages you’ve used in the current period

Please note: Account information is not available for business customers.

We’re constantly updating and improving the My Vodafone app, but please keep in mind the following:

  • Account information isn’t currently available for business customers
  • Allowance usage for pay monthly customers is not in real time
  • If you’re a new customer or have recently upgraded, your account information won’t be available until after your first bill
  • It’s free to use My Vodafone in the UK, except for when using the Wi-Fi hotspot map
  • Roaming charges apply when using My Vodafone abroad
  • You need at least Blackberry Device Software version 4.0 or higher to run the My Vodafone app
