We have already seen some outright pricing from a couple of Canadian carriers, but it now looks like we have the contract pricing from Rogers as well. As you all know the 4G LTE PlayBook will be launching on August 8th with the large carriers in Canada. Up until now we only knew for sure that the outright price was going to be $549.99, but it now looks like we have the contract pricing as well.
According to a tip that Mobilesyrup got the contract pricing is as follows,
- No-term: $549.99
- 1-year: $499.99
- 2-year: $449.99
- 3-year: $349.99
Now that we have Rogers pricing you can assume that both TELUS and Bell will follow with identical price ranges. Is the contract pricing make you think a little more about getting a 4G PlayBook? let us know in the comments.
