BlackBerry Messenger has been updated in App World to version 6.2.0.56. The updated some small fixes including improved layout for the Chinese handwriting feature and added support for Finnish. It appears that RIM has also fixed the broadcast messages to up in purple 
. As we all know some people would send a broadcast out and when it was delivered it would show up in black not purple, this did not affect everyone that I know of.
The update is available in App World for OS 7.1+ devices! Happy BBMing!
