C2 Development are the people behind the Kaxi app. It uses your GPS to locate local taxi companies and their phone numbers. If you have a Blackberry 10 Dev Alpha Device and are in the UK, you can give this a shot.
About Kaxi
Kaxi makes it super simple to find taxis in your local area whether you are in the UK or USA. All you need is an internet connection (WiFi/3G/4G) and a GPS signal and Kaxi will do the rest. Simply tap “find local taxis” and Kaxi will search for the nearest taxi companies to you and display their name and number. You can also search by a town or city and Kaxi will display all the taxi companies in the given area.
Kaxi is currently only available for BlackBerry® 10. iOS and Android™ versions will come in the near future. If you have a BlackBerry® Dev Alpha Device you are eligible for our BETA program, just click here to sign up!
