There has been a recent update to the WebWorks SDK from RIM to help fix a small sandboxing logic issue that was pointed out by some devs after the previous release. This latest update fixes these issues and also gives a clue that points towards SD cards being supported in BlackBerry 10 devices.

With RIM updating their Windows Desktop Manager it is only fitting they release an update to their Mac version as well. Version 18.104.22.168 is now available for download from RIM. This release brings “supports mobile network enabled tablets.” This means the 4G LTE PlayBook launch being rumored to land July 31st may hold water.

BlackBerry Desktop Manager version 7.1 has been in the BlackBerry Beta Zone for some time now, and RIM has finally released BlackBerry Desktop Manager v126.96.36.199 for the whole world to enjoy! This update adss support for “mobile network enabled tablets”. This update also adds better support for the BlackBerry 10 Dev Alpha.
RIM is continuing to provide developers with the necessary tools to ensure that BlackBerry 10 gets all the attention it needs. The latest tool is an update to the bbUI Framework, now at version 0.9.3, in which they have included some of the feature requests RIM has received at the BlackBerry 10 Jam events.

A new OS update went out yesterday for the BlackBerry 10 Dev Alpha devices, however there were a bunch of users that were not able to complete said update. Our very own Dev Alpha device would simply not update through Desktop Manager, and as you can imagine it was very frustrating.
