The excitement and momentum continues to rise with the release of more and more BlackBerry 10 pictures and videos of the new BlackBerry X10 and Z10 devices as we get closer to launch! Here we have the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts for the BlackBerry Z10 as well as the BlackBerry X10 devices making the devices more official as they have not officially announced yet. This isn’t the first time that we have seen the parts of the BlackBerry 10 devices as we have seen the teardown of the BlackBerry L Series device earlier last year. Here we are in December already… Where did the time go??? We here at NerdBerry want to celebrate the holidays in a HUGE way! Starting today and ending on December 23 we are going to be running a Holiday Photo Contest from RIM and NerdBerry!!! We have TWO BlackBerry prize packs up for grabs. The two prize packs consist of one T-Mobile Branded BlackBerry Bold 9900 and one 32GB BlackBerry PlayBook!! We have put a lot of thought in to this contest and we have come up with the Holiday Photo Contest!

Because this is such a huge contest we are going to throw in one more thing, don’t fret it is not hard.  All you have to do is take a picture of your current smartphone next to your favorite holiday item such as your Christmas tree, favorite food, favorite ornament, favorite holiday movie, etc.. Send it in to us with a caption explaining why you chose that particular holiday item. Remember be creative, get your family involved after all it is the holidays and most of all have fun doing it!

When photos like these ones appear it is usually a good sign that RIM has passed out some devices for in field testing, an important step in the lead up to an actual launch.  You can see the NFC chip on the battery door, and it does show off the front of the slab device.  Hopefully we will get to see much more of the L Series, and maybe even the N Series at BlackBerry Jam next week.
