The New York Times is offering a fantastic promotion in order to get new BlackBerry 10 users to its app. The app itself isn’t new, it has been around since BlackBerry 10 first launched. But not everyone knows about its features and why they should download it.

MMMOOO Holding A “Mega Sale”, Apps On Sale For Specific Regions

BlackBerry Doing Really Well In The Canadian Market

I am sure that there are a ton of people who called it, and others who doubted that it was possible. But BlackBerry is turning around their Canadian market share.
You can see in the chart that they hit their peak in Q32011. And from there it was a decline. Since the release of BlackBerry 10, and the new devices, they are headed upwards again.
BlackBerry put a lot into BlackBerry 10 and it shows. As BlackBerry increases their market share, others are in the decline. This includes Apple, who still are in a top position, but this allows for BlackBerry to hold a respectable #3 position.

Bleacher Report Team Stream Released for BlackBerry 10

Bleacher Report stated a while back that they would be releasing an app specific to the new BB10 devices that were being released. Team Stream has been released and is now available for free from App World. The app is getting rave reviews from the people that are downloading it. The app gives you access to all of your favorite teams in one place without having to go to multiple websites or open multiple apps. It stretches across all of the major sporting leagues allowing to access everything in one place.

Hp ePrint App Coming to BB10 Soon

HP was one of the many vendors that were at the BlackBerry Live and they told attendees that they would be releasing their popular ePrint app for BB10 very soon. This app is available for legacy BlackBerry Devices but there has not been an app developed for BB10 but the reps did state that the BB10 app is in development at this time and should be released shortly.

Great Big War Game for BlackBerry Q10

The release of the Q10 has been moving along nicely thru the Canadian carriers and with that comes the need for apps for the core users. A lot of things from the Z10 are compatible with the Q10 as well as apps that are specific to just that device. One of the games that is shared across the platform is Great Big War Game. This is your classic Army Strategy game released by touch gameplay that allows the user to control an Army and General as you use “strategery” to defeat your enemies. This game is very affordable at $2.99 and is available for both the the Z10 and the Q1o.

Leaked: OS 10.1.0.1880 for the BlackBerry Z10 – STL100-2 and STL100-3

You can always tel when Friday rolls around! Over the last few weeks OS’s for the BlackBerry Z10 have been leaking out and today is no different. We now hav OS 10.1.0.1880 for the BlackBerry Z10 model STL100-2 and STL100-3. At this time there is now word on what has changed so if you see anything different feel free to let us know in the comments.

Download OS 10.1.0.1880 for the BlackBerry Z10 STL100-2 and STL100-3

Installation Instructions if needed:

Turn off your BlackBerry Z10.

Run the file that you just extracted.

Connect your Z10 to your usb cable and quickly turn it on.

The autloader should connect to your Z10 and start the process.

Sit back, have a coffee or a tea and wait until the process is finished.

When the autoloader has written 100%, the program will terminate and the window will close.

Disconnect your BlackBerry Z10 and wait for it to reboot.

Please note that we do not accept any responsibility for anything this does to your device. Please do not attempt to load this unless you are comfortable with what you are doing. You will need a Windows machine to use the loader, but if you do load it drop us a comment letting us know how it runs.

QNX Bentley Demo at BlackBerry Live 2013

One of the many things that I enjoy are cars, so when the QNX Bentley rolled out on the stage during BlackBerry Live keynote I was awestruck.
