Research In Motion has submitted a BlackBerry 10 device model RFH121LW to be certified with Bluetooth 4.0. This certifaction was sent over in August and was finally approved on October 19th. The RFH121LW was running OS 10.0.9.341, RIM has already released 10.0.9.388 which is a bit higher then the RFH121LW.
