Some AT&T Stores Are Reporting Blackberry Torch 9810 Have Dead Pins

Unfortunately, there are some Torch 9810 that are being reported as having dead pins at random AT&T stores. So far, it is happening in stores in the New York region. Hopefully, RIM and AT&T will get that issue fixed quickly. Source
