Reminder To Developers – You Only Have Till January 21st To Submit Your Apps For A Chance To Get A Limited Edition BlackBerry 10 Device

RIM posted a reminder this morning to developers that are hoping to get their hands on a limited edition BlackBerry 10 device.  You will need to have your apps submitted to AppWorld by January 21st for your chance at getting the limited edition device.

BlackBerry 10 Port-A-Thon Has Already Seen Over 8,000 Apps Submitted

The BlackBerry 10 Port-A-Thon that is currently under way is showing that developers are wanting to work with BlackBerry 10.  The port-a-thon is running for 36 hours straight and I am sure that there are some very tired developers right now, but that hasn’t stopped them from submitting a large amount of apps.

BlackBerry 10 Actions Icons Are Now Available For Download

If you are a developers working on a BlackBerry 10 app you will be happy to know that RIM has released the BlackBerry 10 UI guidelines which includes the Action icons.  These include the icons for email, lock, delete and much more.
