The interwebs have been going crazy over the “Keep Moving” commercial from BlackBerry and the ringtone featured in the commercial. I have had the ringtone for quite sometime now and thought a few of you might want it as well. Many have asked for the name of the soundtrack from the commercial and it by the Tame Impala and the album, Lonerism has debuted on Billboard‘s Top 200 Album Chart at #34, the name of the song it Elephant.

Leaked: OS 10.1.0.1880 for the BlackBerry Z10 – STL100-2 and STL100-3

You can always tel when Friday rolls around! Over the last few weeks OS’s for the BlackBerry Z10 have been leaking out and today is no different. We now hav OS 10.1.0.1880 for the BlackBerry Z10 model STL100-2 and STL100-3. At this time there is now word on what has changed so if you see anything different feel free to let us know in the comments.

Download OS 10.1.0.1880 for the BlackBerry Z10 STL100-2 and STL100-3

Installation Instructions if needed:

Turn off your BlackBerry Z10.

Run the file that you just extracted.

Connect your Z10 to your usb cable and quickly turn it on.

The autloader should connect to your Z10 and start the process.

Sit back, have a coffee or a tea and wait until the process is finished.

When the autoloader has written 100%, the program will terminate and the window will close.

Disconnect your BlackBerry Z10 and wait for it to reboot.

It is pouring cats and dogs here in Houston so what better way to get over the gloom? A leaked OS for the BlackBerry Z10!!! Just yesterday we saw OS 10.1.0.1720 leak with NO radio file, today OS 10.1.0.1720 for the STL100-1, 10.1.0.1762 for the STL100-2 / STL100-3 and 10.1.0.1756 for the STL100-4 have leaked.

Installation Instructions if needed:

Turn off your BlackBerry Z10.

Run the file that you just extracted.

Connect your Z10 to your usb cable and quickly turn it on.

Leaked: BlackBerry CORE (NO Radio files) OS 10.1.0.1720 for BlackBerry Z10 SLT100-2, SLT100-3, and SLT100-4

Now this is a first for the Blackberry Z10! A leaked core OS has hit the interwebs thanks to theiexplorers. This leaked core OS DOES NOT INCLUDE the radio files. So according to BBE you will need to have OS 10.1 preferably OS 10.1.0.1627 installed before you run the autoloader. This core OS leak is only for the following BlackBerry Z10 models SLT100-2, SLT100-3, and SLT100-4 NOT FOR SLT-100-1

BlackBerry R10 appears to have a 2180mAh battery

We saw some more leaked images and specs for the BlackBerry R10 (expected to be the Curve model for BlackBerry 10) last week that showed the R10 as having a 1800mAh non-removable battery. Well it seems that someone who has their hands on a R10 decided to open up the device to check things out. As you can see in the image it looks like the R10 will actually have a 2180mAh battery inclosed within the chassis.

This is good news as with the addition of a non-removable battery, a first for BlackBerry, there will definitely be a need for a larger one. I have been using the 2100mAh battery in the Q10 for just about a week now, and if the R10 has an even slightly larger battery no one should have issues with it not lasting a full day.

So if you have forgotten already, here are the updated rumored specs of the BlackBerry R10;

QWERTY keyboard
3.1-inch display, 720 x 720 resolution
5MP rear camera, front camera
Support to shoot up to 2560 x 1920 resolution photos
2G of RAM
8G internal storage
2180 mAh non-removable Battery

BlackBerry R10 seen on camera again

Just yesterday the BlackBerry R10 was spotted on camera this time the BlackBerry R10 has been caught yet again it now shows the device without a removable battery. We have been hearing rumors of the lower end devices having only a sealed battery that you are not able to swap out. BlackBerry has been great about allowing users to swap batteries over the years, it looks like that all may change. What do you think about not being able to change the battery in the R10 device? This leak is a full version of the OS, at this time we are not sure if it is buggy or what is up with this OS. Leaked: BlackBerry 10.1.0.1609 for the BlackBerry Z10 STL100-1

Last week we saw a leaked 10.1 OS for the BlackBerry Z10 models STL100-2, STL100-3 and STL100-4. Well now we have a leaked version of 10.1 for those Z10 users in Asia, Africa and the Middle East that are using a STL100-1.

The leaked version is 10.1.0.1609 and while we do not have a STL100-1 to try it on, we are hearing that the OS is working well and hasn’t shown any major bugs as of it. Please remember that this is a leaked OS and if you are going to load it, remember to make a full backup before attempting.

Leaked OS 10.1.0.1483 for the BlackBerry Dev Alpha C

We already saw this OS build leak out today for the BlackBerry Z10, and now we have it for the Dev Alpha C. Now of course you want to remember that this is not an official build and it can do some damage, but most of the reports coming in are saying that this is a pretty stable build.

Hopefully the folks out there that have a Dev Alpha C device know how to load a leaked OS properly, and will remember to make a full backup before loading it. However we will mention it again… Please remember to make a full backup prior to loading this OS. You can download the leaked OS from the link below. Skype for the BlackBerry Z10 Bar File Leaked!

Well that did not take too long at all! The BlackBerry Z10 now has a viable Skype application!! BlackBerryOS has posted the official official Skype for BlackBerry 10 .bar file. This leaked Bar is fully functional and is now available to be downloaded and then sideloaded to your BlackBerry Z10!.

This Skype Bar file will work on OS 10.0.10 and on 10.1, They mentioned that the app is a bit buggy and they have had the app crash on them. Check it out and let us know what you think about it in the comments!
