The interwebs have been going crazy over the “Keep Moving” commercial from BlackBerry and the ringtone featured in the commercial. I have had the ringtone for quite sometime now and thought a few of you might want it as well. Many have asked for the name of the soundtrack from the commercial and it by the Tame Impala and the album, Lonerism has debuted on Billboard‘s Top 200 Album Chart at #34, the name of the song it Elephant.

Video: Space-grade technology… in the palm of your hand

If you did not know already QNX is what powers tons of things around the world from cars to the space shuttle and lots in between. Well QNX has put together a great video showing off just how powerful QNX is. The video puts emphasis on the Blackberry 10 devices which are incrediable. Here is what the description had to say on the video posted on QNXCam YouTube channel:

QNX Bentley Demo at BlackBerry Live 2013

One of the many things that I enjoy are cars, so when the QNX Bentley rolled out on the stage during BlackBerry Live keynote I was awestruck. This car is amazing for anyone that enjoys technology and cars! The above video shows off just how powerful this Bentley is. BlackBerry Interviews Lewis Hamilton And Nick Fry At BlackBerry Live

After Lewis Hamilton of MERCEDES AMG PETRONAS Team was welcomed by Thorstein Heins to introduce BBM channels at BlackBerry Live, Inside BlackBerry had the opportunity to interview him. He was asked how he would be using BBM channels to connect with fans. See the interview below.

BlackBerry Shows Off QNX Bentley In A Demo At BlackBerry Live

BlackBerry brought out a Bentley with QNX to show its features. Mark Rigley, of QNX, and Thorsten Heins were there to do the demo. This includes doing a software update for the vehicle through a BlackBerry 10 device.

It’s really cool to see something like this that will actually be for sale. I am not a fan of concept cars, with concept ideas that are never built. Being able to use your smart phone to update the software is just the beginning of what it can do. And hopefully it will pave the way for more cars to have these capabilities.

If you weren’t able to get down to Orlando for the big show, don’t worry as BlackBerry is live streaming the BlackBerry Live 2013 Keynote. You can catch Thorsten Heins and all the other big names in the BlackBerry world do their stuff straight from your couch or desk. Hopefully we will see some new things get announced at the Keynote, we have heard some rumours but we are only 45 minutes away now.

Video: See Chinese And English Handwritten On BlackBerry 10

This quick video was put together to show off the handwriting capabilities of BlackBerry 10. It shows how you can easily write out Chinese characters.. and the English alphabet for good measure. While I do think it is neat, I think it would best be served with a stylus. Yes, you can write with your finger tip but I think a stylus would make it more precise.

Unboxing of the Rogers BlackBerry Q10

So the day has finally arrived and the BlackBerry Q10 has been released in Canada. After only a few minutes with the device I can say that this is the BlackBerry that many of you have been waiting for. The keyboard is rock solid, and combined with BlackBerry 10 this makes for an awesome phone for people who prefer that traditional BlackBerry experience.

While we will be hard at work getting a review up for you all once we have had some time with the device, we wanted to bring you an unboxing in the meantime. So check out the video below, and let us know in the comments if there is anything specific you would like us to cover in the full review.

QNX Concept Video (Imagined: Your car in the not-so-distant future) gets honeree title at Webby Awards

With the Webby Awards being announced tomorrow Paul over at the QNX blog let the world know that a video (Imagined: Your car in the not-so-distant future) from back in November has been named an honoree for the annual Webby Awards. The video itself was created by Thorney Fallis in conjunction with ONX. Check out the video below it is a great one!
