Apple And RIM Found Guilty In Kodak Patent Case

Both Apple and RIM lost in the case against them, filed by Kodak. Kodak took them to court because they infringed on a patent “that allows the previewing of digital images using less processing power and storage space.’” In April of 2010 Apple had filed a case against Kodak but lost that one as well. Kodak wants $1 Billion in licensing fees but it is not confirmed yet how much Apple or RIM will have to pay.
