Both Apple and RIM lost in the case against them, filed by Kodak. Kodak took them to court because they infringed on a patent “that allows the previewing of digital images using less processing power and storage space.’” In April of 2010 Apple had filed a case against Kodak but lost that one as well. Kodak wants $1 Billion in licensing fees but it is not confirmed yet how much Apple or RIM will have to pay.
