Foursquare Updates Their Privacy Policy

Foursquare has released a new privacy policy that will take effect on January 28th 2013. Foursquare will now display your full name and a business on Foursquare will be able to see more of their recent customers. Not a huge deal if you ask me… Hit the break for the full privacy policy.

RIM Not a Culprit in Class-Action Lawsuit Against Carrier IQ, Manufacturers and Carriers

A class-action lawsuit was filed against Carrier IQ, manufacturers and carriers. The defendants in the case include Apple, Sprint, AT&T, Samsung and Motorola, also it has been confirmed that T-Mobile does, but does not include RIM. RIM has stated that they do not authorize the application Carrier IQ on Blackberry devices, nor authorized in carrier presale.
